Mayor of London's ticketed fireworks from the London Eye and Thames barges at midnight — more than 12,000 fireworks and over 400 lights in a ~20-minute show for ~100,000 ticketholders, billed by the GLA as the largest annual firework display in Europe. Safety & Crowds
Official viewing requires a ticket; non-ticketed people are turned away from the fenced riverside zones, which become dangerously crowded. Only Ticketmaster tickets are valid — secondary/reseller tickets are refused entry.

Roads closed; use Tube. Note some stations (e.g. Holborn) lack step-free access; Waterloo/Westminster/Embankment/Charing Cross serve the zones.
