Empire State Plaza (main stage/Plaza deck)
High crowd · park · Free
Park free in the 'P' lots directly under the Plaza and ride the escalators up - you avoid all the street closures (State St and Madison Ave shut to traffic) and walk straight onto the deck for both Sugar Ray and the fireworks. Show type: unconfirmed — verify before attending.
Lincoln Park
Medium crowd · park · Free
Just south of the Plaza, this large green gives an open up-the-hill view of the fireworks away from the main-stage density; note Upper Lincoln Park roadways close all day July 4, so walk in and treat it as a quieter family spot. Show type: unconfirmed — verify before attending.
Washington Park
Low crowd · park · Free
A short walk northwest of the Plaza, this tree-lined park is a relaxed overflow option with easier nearby street parking; you trade a partially obstructed view for far smaller crowds and a faster exit than the Plaza garages. Show type: unconfirmed — verify before attending.
